My performance and reviews

If the Performance app is enabled for your organization, open My Performance from the sidebar. For employees, this link may appear as My Reviews. A badge shows the number of pending reviews; if there is only one task, the link may open it directly.

Pending review

Open forms assigned to you under My Reviews. Check the person being reviewed, period, your relationship (self, manager, peer, etc.), and status. Answer the questions and complete the form's save/submit steps. If a review link cannot be found or loaded, use Try Again. If it still fails, ask your manager to confirm the task is assigned to you.

Results and goals

Depending on your permissions, select a period in My Performance to view results, KPI/OKR goals, and your own progress records. The current results page offers Export PDF. Basic employee accounts may open directly on the reviews list, so not everyone sees a results tab.
