Performance

Select Performance from enabled apps or open its overview. The administrator module menu includes Overview, Cycles, KPI, OKR, and Questionnaires. Employees have a personal My Performance page; depending on role and permissions, they may be redirected there from the administrator page.

Review cycle

The overview shows active, upcoming, and closed cycles. Use Create Cycle to set cycle options, dates, participants, and review components step by step. Open an existing cycle to see details and results and, if authorized, edit, copy, or delete it. You can also start and close cycles from Cycles. Consider the effect on results before changing a closed cycle.

KPI and OKR

Under KPI, create an indicator, choose its cycle, and track targets and actuals. You can edit or remove an existing indicator. Under OKR, create objectives, edit their key results, and record progress updates. The cycle filter narrows results on both pages.

Questionnaires and personal view

Under Questionnaires, manage review question forms and response types. Employees track their reviews and goals from My Performance; the current screen may offer report/PDF export. Creation, editing, starting, and deletion depend on user permissions.
